You have to take the same vaccine for subsequent vaccination ,there's nothing called painless or painful vaccine, it's only that acellular pertussis causes less local side effects compared to whole cell pertussis
Next Steps
hexaxim causes little less pain than easy six , but it is not painless, that concept is false, made by pharma companies ,infact the protection rate of easy six(whole cell pertussis) is better than hexaxim(acellular pertussis)
Health Tips
serious side effects remains the same for both Vaccines

Easy six has more chance of causing fever and pain ("painful"). Swelling and fever is common after this vaccine. You can take hexaxim ("gentle" vaccine) for next dose if you wish. Most countries in the world give gentle vaccines

Easysix is not painless. Painless ones are hexaxim and infanrix Hexa. Both are same just brands are different. Yes you can take painless vaccine for 2nd and 3rd dose
