It may take 2 to 3 weeks for the swelling to go away. If it becomes red or hot to touch, please visit a pediatrician

It may take few weeks to even months . Not to worry if it's painless and not bothering the child

Kindly examine the site of injection for any redness, increased temperature or tenderness , any decrease in movement of the leg.If not then nothing to worry about. The swelling will subside.

Usually it will settle in another few more days. As long as baby doesn’t have any other reaction like fever or and pain over the vaccination area then it’s fine.
