My kid was given hexaxim 6th week 10th week and 14th week. Now 4th dose during 19th month doc gave pentaxim. Should I be worried

This is correctly given. Hexaxim has protection for 6 diseases including hepatitis B. At 19 months, Hep B is not recommended and needed as earlier doses are enough.

Pentaxim lacks HepB And it was not required so the pentaxim over hexaxim

No meed to worry , at 18 months pentaxim is advised( Dapt, hib, ipv)..

No need to be worried . At 18 months , pentaxim is only suggested as it has Diphtheria , pertussis , tetanus, H influenza and IPV .
