Can we get vaccination done at home in kanpur? Child's vaccination is due n in this period we are afraid to take him out so was looking for a pediatrician who can come home and give vaccination

It is not good to have vaccination at home. Measurement and cold chain maintenance for vaccine is not possible at home.

Dont give at home...u must go to clinic...as sometimes there might be reaction of vaccine...so everything available at hospital to treat it..

Get vaccination at a clinic, if you are not comfortable with hospital.
Discuss everything beforehand with your dr so that time is less.
follow the guidelines for hand washing.

Anaphylaxis although rare with routine vaccination but can happen ,which can be life threatining at times

Vaccination must be done at proper vaccination centre with all equipment ready to treat reaction ( which is rarely occurred but when happen it is life-threatening).
So I discourage home vaccination. Also vaccination is not just give injection, it is fully organized process.

consult pediatrician, take appointment for vaccination ( so there will not be crowding at clinic) , teleconsultation before going to hospital for routine queries ( so you are not be in clinic for more time).

Vaccines can at times have unexpected reactions which are best mamaged in a hospital/clinic setting.. I would suggest you to get vaccinated at the earliest as the risk of child suffering from complications due vaccine preventable disease is far more serious than that with Risk of COVID19..
