After vaccination I have given water to my baby as in previous doctor use to say not to feed for 30 minutes is any issue if I give water after vaccination

reason for not feeding within 30 min is to prevent OPV drops/rotavirus oral vaccine loss through vomit. by giving water we may inject infection into the body through the contaminated milk. if nothing happend in next 2 days, no need to worry, ignore it
