UTI by E.coli bacteria

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I am facing burning sensation and pain while urinating.But after taking cifran 500 (ciprofloxacin) from last six days twice daily and urimax 0.2 mg ( Tamsulosin hydrochloride) once daily my pain has gone but still having little burning sensation.Now what to do? Will I continue my medicine or I have to change the medication? In test report e.coli interpetation was found sensitive to ciprofloxacin.I have no renal disease.
