Uterus problems
My mother periods stopped before two years but she got again now. We checked in hospital they told to scan d uterus after scanning they told that uterus is 6 mm thick so tissue has to taken and sent to lab. So wats d problem, wat will be happen Am so scared please give ur suggestions sir/madam

Post menopausal bleeding should be checked and if there is a thick endometrium it has to be sampled. your doc has suggested the right thing. at her age it's mandatory to rule out any uterine cancer though the chances are less. kindly get the procedure done.
