UTERINE FIBROID
Uterus is anteverted enlarged in size measures 8.2*4.3*5.9 cm
Myometrial echotexture is normal 1.6*1.1 cm posterior wall intramural fibroid with calcification in the wall away from endometrial cavity.
Endometrial thickness is 5.4mm
Rest is normal
Please help. I have high levels of prolactin that is why got this ultrasound done as suggested by someone and got this report.
