Hi.. I'm 27 and have a large posterior wall fibroid midly indenting endometrium and reaching serosal surface  of size 8.2 × 5.9 × 7.5cm , we are planning for pregnancy and is surgery the only option? Will the uterus scan affect future pregnancy and will it cause uterine rupture?

For such a big fibroid (about 180 ml);, distorting the uterine cavity, surgery is the only option.  By other modes of treatment the size may become smaller but fibroid will still be there. Your apprehensions about are justified but there seems to be no choice.
