Reason for weakness needs to be investigated
get ur haemoglobin and thyroid and sugar levels checked
have a good protein rich diet
walk everyday
ORS is pure sugar should be avoided lest you will be gaining too much weight

If your sugars are normal, then you can go ahead, probably your dehydrated, so take lots of water.
