Asked for Male, 31 Years

Hello Dr. My wife is 36 week pregnant. Her USG doppler have been done two days ago. Report indicates slightly high resistance flow in umbilical artery where S/D ratio 3.58. Her EDD 25/4/2022.should we go for c section at 38 week? What is best for baby's health?? Please suggest. Thank you.
