USG confirmation
I have my LMP on 27Feb2026. I had some spotting around 3rd April26 with mild cramping. There was no bleeding after that. I took a pregnancy kit test on 6 Apr26 and it came back positive. I also did beta HCG test and it was around 13000. My USG is scheduled on 26April. It will be 8weeks from LMP. Am getting anxiety and worries if everything will be alright in the USG. Should I be worrying about the spotting?

If it d happened once , no worries.

That bleeding is known as implantation bleeding and is common, it can however also be a small blood clot below the pregnancy. Most likely it will not affect pregnancy.

Hi firstly congratulation’s for your pregnancy. .
As planned get your scan done .
Once scan confirms babies heart beat and no bleeding inside the uterus then that’s fine .
Some times implantation bleeding happens that’s common settles on its own .
If ur having ongoing spotting get your scan done sooner .
If any SCH ( sub chorionic bleeding ) and on going spotting after scan then you need progesterone supplement’s .
