Usage of Cod Liver Capsules
Hello dear doctors, Can I take cod liver capsules with water as I can't drink milk coz I am lactic to it. If I can take with water or Horlicks.. Will it help and if then how many times a day shall I take the capsule. Regards Ishani

Hello If you are deficient in that particular nutrients then only take then no need to take Take balance diet n do some exercise or yoga As per your height you are underweight u should gain atlist 5 to 8 kg weight that is your ideal body weight For good health Maintaining ideal body weight is very important
