Hello,
First of all we have to rule out the cause of urticaria
Causes
1) allergens like dust, pollens, seasonal
2) Food allergy like from sour items like buttermilk, curd/yoghurt, lemon, tamarind
-vegetables like tomato, brinjal, capsicum ( one with seeds)
2) Any drug allergy so keep on what medication she is taking and does it coincides with the episode of urticaria
Avoid these things and she can actually get rid of her urticaria ( Sort of)
Next Steps
She can opt for medical treatment in the form of antihistaminics and topical soothing agents like calamine lotion
Health Tips
BEST thing is to avoid the bout by ruling out the cause🙂
