Urticaria after MMR Vaccine

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have history of urticaria. Recently two days before i had injected with MMR Vaccine. Now urticaria has come on my face. Earlier doctor prescribed me methylprednisolone incase of severe allergy. My question is shall i take it now after receiving MMR Vaccine. I want to reduce swelling on my face and lips. I'm currently out of county and have methylprednisolone with me.
