Hello doctor, this is Makrand here and I am really getting worried about my sexual thing.I am not able to retract my foreskin back and forth and it also pains if I try to pull it back and my penis head is always covered with the foreskin which might also hurt during sex.May I know what can be done so that the foreskin gets retractable?

frenulum is the name given to the area of sensitive skin on the underside of the penis,right near the center of head.
i would advice you to visit general surgeon so that you can be evaluated and confirm the diagnosis that you can be treated accordingly.
The fallowing steps may help;
-avoid using excessive force and speed during masterbation and sexual intercourse.
-be well lubricated before having coitus.
-use condoms while having sex.
