Urine sugar
I am having test strips in home. When some time urine sugar shows + and some times nil. The colour of strip is remain unchanged. When my sugar is 180 urine sugar is +. While my blood sugar down around 140 urine sugar is nil. Why this happend

Because 180 is normal threshold for urinary glucose.Go for blood test and see FBS and PPBS also HbA1C

Renal threshold for glucose excretion in urine is 180mg /dl.
You need not worry.
If you have a doubt.
Get fbs, HbA1c done and have a follow up.
