Urine shut down
Patient have hypertension from 5 to 8 years due to hypertension brain hemorrhage occur After craniotomy creating level is 2 by the use of some medicine is the level is down to 1.4 but suddenly creatinine level goes to 3.6 and next 5.6 in just 3 days and urine totally shut down. Then 3 continuous dialysis also medication is given for urination but no urine output.
Please explain the condition, suggest the correct line of treatment.
