Urine report showing bacteria present
I am 28 weeks pregnant. Today I got my urine test which is showing bacteria present. What should I do now. What medicine should I take in my condition which is safe. I have attached the report.

Pus Cells 2-3 WBC/HPF 0-5 WBC / hpf
Epithelial Cells Few 0.0 - 5.0 Epi cells/hpf
Casts Non seen None seen/Lpf
