Dexamethasone Inj 28 weeks pregnant
My doctor has told me to take dexamethasone injection for next 2 days at the gap of 12 hours as I am pregnant with twins and 28 weeks pregnant now. As far as I know this injection is given 1 week prior to delivery and since my c section is planned at the end of March or April starting.. is it advisable to take the injection now at 28 weeks?

In  pregnancy it can't be sure when the labor will start. As you are having twin pregnancy, your consulting Doctor is staying cautious if anything happens preterm labor or preterm rupture of membranes. Its advisable to take injection.
