Dexamethasone during pregnancy
How safe is it to take one course (I.e. 4 injections of 6 mg each) of dexamethasone during the 32nd week of pregnancy? Is there even a slight chance of any negative side effects on the fetus ?

Dexamethasone is used worldwide to enhance fetal lung maturity. Its safe. It causes transient hyperglycemia but is easily manageable..
