With an ectopic pregnancy, does urine pregnancy test detects it?
If counting from the day of unprotected intercourse, after how long (time) urine pregnancy test can detect presence of pregnancy?

Ectopic may have a positive urine pregnancy test or may not have.
Either way it doesn't exclude your ectopic pregnancy.
The best diagnosis will come from TVS , done 3 weeks after the date of unprotected sexual intimacy.
