Urine infraction week ago. back Pain now
Experiencing high back pain from last 5 days..and 102 fever from today. A week ago had issue with urine infection.

Possibly you have active UTI need repeat Urine tests.  After that only one can comment. If there is high grade fever definitely admission is warranted.
