Urine Infection
Hey docs! My father has bee suffering from urine infection (UTI) like from 4 months and its been effecting his health too much.. he's having his treatment from pgims rohtak as they advised to have urine culture and urine routine test. So here its can anyone please guide what does these reports mean and as there are drugs name written so can please prescribe the most effective... Please Attaching urine routine and culture reports most recent.

he seems to be definitely having urine infection but if he has recurrent episodes then he must be evaluated by a specialist as sometimes elderly males can have prostrate issue causing repeated infections...
Next Steps
treatment will depend upon what antibiotics he has already recieved. if he is on antibiotics which are on the 'S' or sensitive list then that has to be continued for atleast 10-14 days...if not then the treating doctor will advise you which one to opt for depending upon other conditions that ur father has
