Urine hold in pregnancy

Now i m so much worried
Has it caused any harm to baby ???
Please help

To give you some facts about Anatomy ;
The capacity of bladder is 500 ml (slightly less in females).
The production of urine is 1.5 ml per minute.
So in one and a half hour your kidneys will produce 90 ml of urine.
Most of the ladies during pregnancy will have urge to pass urine when they have about 250-300 ml urine in the bladder.
Now you tell me should you be worried after holding the urine for one and a half hour ?
