  4. Foamy urine. The urine to appear foamy?

I am currently on my period. I am having some small blood clots, and since my bleeding is quite heavy, I take Trenexa 500. Today, I noticed foam in my urine. Could the menstrual blood mixing with the urine during my period cause the urine to appear foamy? This is my concern. Please help
