Routine urine test doesn't detect chlamydia and gonorrhea
Urine culture.. yes they do test for all the organisms if any present..
Chlamydia and gonorrhea there are different tests... Microbiologist will check and diagnose
Kindly visit a dermatologist venerologist for the consultation
It is possible. The urine is inoculated on the culture medium by the Pathologist. Whatever organisms are grown are further studied. Gonococcus and Chlamydia don't need any special method for diagnosis. So they may grow.
But there are simpler methods to diagnose Gonorrhoea.
