I have urinary problem.. Wenever i go fr urine jus aftr that my urine leaks alot n keeps me wet all the time..pls help

Most common condition causing this symptoms is urinary infection
Get urine culture and sensitivity done
If there is infection start antibiotics under doctor supervision
If not meet a urologist who will rule out other conditions and help you with symptom relief
