i am probably suffering from Urinary tract infection and sharing my urine sample report.
please help me what should i do?

Hi,
Do a urine culture test.
After that start antibiotics according to the culture report.
For symptomatic relief take syrup cital 10 ml with a glass of water 2 times a day for 5 days.

Hi there.
Get a urine culture to inform about the type 9f urinary infection you have and it's sensitivity to antibiotics. Meanwhile take plenty of fluids.
And tale Tab TRACFREE twice a day. These are Cranberry extracts which prevents adhesion of bacteria with the bladder wall.
And take Syrup SYSALKA 2 tsp dissolved in half a glass water once a day till your culture report arrives.
