Possible Infection
Me and my bf have been sexually active with each other for past 6 years and we are each other's first sexual partners. we had many unprotected sex in these years. Last unprotected sex was on 1 November 2022. On 9 may 2023 we had protected sex. 2 days ago my bf's right teste was paining and after visiting doctor he found out it was an infection in his spermatic duct. He was prescribed Omeprazole and domperidone capsules, dicyclomine hydrochloride and paracetamol tablets, doxycycline and  lactic acid bacillus capsules. He forgot what the name of infection was. The doctor adviced him to have protected sex and have Hygienic routine down there and said that the infection same from outside. Now i am afraid that may be it came from me. but i have no symptoms of any infection ever. i have never had any problem. what to do?
