I can feel it some days like for a week and again am completely fine.. have done cultural nd urine routine several times , both are normal. Stomach ulcers are not related to urinary infection- life style adjustments are important to prevent this-you have to drink 12-15 glasses of water/fluids daily-please pass urine -every 3 hours- use clean toilets for passing urine-if you are forced to use dirty public urinals-try to pass urine in standing position-so that the micro droplets of fluids from floor may not fall on your private parts-leading to next UTI-clean your private area with soap and water-every time-when you pass urine-wash only from front to back-or else you may bring plenty of bacteria from vaginal area to urithral orifice -leading to UTI- For your stomach ulcers —-food adjustments are most important-avoid oily;spicy;fried;coloured;preserved and junk food items;take ethnic food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables;take food as small quantity in frequent intervals-have dinner by 7 pm-mental positive health with smiling;helping others;chit chatting and avoiding negative mental energy like fear;anxiety;depression;anger is important-Do exercise;yoga;meditation for 30 minutes daily -If you are having above problems after having these life style changes for few days- then consult a Urologist and Gastroenterologist
