Only kidney function report is attached here it's normal.Fasting glucose level of 166 mg is uncontrolled diabetes though his RBS and hba1c are within the desired level for a diabetic.Continue with his medicine keeping in your mind that his FBS to be lowered.Proper life style management diet habits and regular exercise for 30 minutes a day will be helpful for the diabetes and NASH.

According to reports pt is diabetic and needs medication on everyday basis to control sugar
As patient was diagnosed with NASH that has to b followed up and proper dietary modificationsand exercise is mandatory that would also help to control sugar
