Urethral Stricture problem
I had urethroplasty surgery recently, 5 months later again I'm getting same symptoms (pain while urination, bladder empty problem) as like before surgery what could it be?

You need to consult the operating surgeon.
You will need uroflowmetry , ultrasound prevoid post void, and possibly rgu.
