I m facing urethral discharge ( plain, sometimes white, sometimes dark black) after having pee...
My vagina feels like everytime active in sexual side without any cause or thinking... I'm irritating from this problem

Please get direct smear of urethral discharge. Also get urine culture done.
For vagina you may use Gynodaktrin gel twice a day. Hygiene of vagina is also very important.
