HELLO, EXCESSIVE SITTING MAY BE THE CAUSE. UPPER RIGHT ABDOMEN PAIN MAY BE DUE TO GAS OR ACID PEPTIC DISORDER. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS FREQUENTLY. TABLET NEXPRO RD200 BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS. TABLET  TRAMADOL PLUS TWO-TIMES A DAYOR AS   REQUIRED FOR PAIN. O.K BYE.
