My wife is having upper neck pain since 30th Oct ( Monday) She took mobiswift d, but the pain goes and comes back again. Kindly advise.

As per your wife complain she is suffering from trapezities,she require stretching and strengthening exercises for upper neck muscles,so please consult physiotherapist or u can consult me online as I will give u some self exercise
