Hello, the SGPT & SGOT are on a higher end and so are your cholesterol levels. Please get the serum bilirubin also checked. Consult a doctor and get the tests done for fatty liver. Till then it is suggested to follow a low fat diet, and a very low intake of visible fats that is the oils, ghee, butter, etc. Focus more on the invisible sources that is through nuts and oil seeds, avoiding ground nuts and coconuts as they are high in saturated fats and would further lead to increase in your cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
