Upper left Jaw
On left upper jaw I have a cavity which doctor filled with filling. Issue I was facing is pain only while chewing and there was no pain generally. After few days of filling it again start to pain n doc advised there is an infection in gums and they I think cleaned it and advised metrology tab n oinment. Now I when I am drinking normal room temperature water its paining there n been advised of augmentin. What could be the problem and I am having issues for a month now

You need IOPA for your proper diagnosis. There may be secondary caries in the previously treated tooth. Rinse your mouth with hot salt water 5-6 times a day.

GO TO YOUR NEARBY DENTIST AND GET THE IOPA DONE FOR THE FINAL DIAGNOSIS. CAUSE CAN BE SECONDARY CARIES OR IRRITATION OF PULP. TREATMENT PLAN CAN BE ROOT CANAL FOLLOWED BY CROWN

Your cavity might be extending deep. It needs to be seen clinically along with xray of your tooth to rule out the exact cause and give you proper treatment of the same. Kindly visit a dentist.

Hi. If your cavity is deep then there is  chances of pulp irritation or it's involvement. Share pics of xray. If it's not too deep then filling can be done again with pulp protection.

I think your restoration having marginal leakage ,Marginal leakage is the penetration of fluids, bacteria into the space existing between all restorative materials and cavity walls. It can cause pulp irritation, pain , it can develop peri apical or periodontal infection.
Next Steps
Visit nearest your dentist for IOPA and clinical examination of tooth (for RCT or other treatment options)
