Sir, why dont you try full dentures for your mother. IT is reasonable and you never know, she might get used to it.

The various options available will be I)Removable complete denture ii) Implant supported removable complete denture iii) implanted supported fixed prosthesis. Most economic option being removable complete denture and the expensive one being implant supported fixed prosthesis. As one of the doctors suggested, getting it done in dental college will redeuce the cost of the treatment as it would be done by students, under the guidance of senior dentists. There are 3 dental colleges in Hyderabad. Army dental college in secunderabad.

Please visit your Specialist and discuss your budget and get the treatment planned accordingly.  There are many a time,  alternatives to a particular treatment. Implants need not be the only best thing to do. I also advise in considering  Dentures for your mother. The Specialist would examine her and do the needful.

Hi If you are looking for cheap implants I will rather suggest to avoid implants. You have budget friendly options like complete denture in upper jaw and cast partial denture in lower jaw In order to reduce the cost you might get compromised quality of implants which in future will lead you into trouble Regards

Hi, Firstly the number of teeth present in lower jaw should be evaluated to determine their status ie if they require some treatment & then only type of artificial replacement to be decided. Full mouth xray should be taken for proper treatment plan. She can either go for implants Which are fixed & dentures either complete or partial (depending on case) whisc are removable. The low cost option would be dentures .

Cost of implant is still bit on higher side,  considering Indian economy,  but in dental college or charitable trust it can be  minimized,  or u can try implant supported over dentures with minimal implant etc.
Next Steps
CBCT, FEW BLOOD ANALYSIS ETC.
Health Tips
Hopefully get better treatment results,  happy Dipawali..
