Hello Dr. I am 19 years old My upper front tooth is half broken since 5 years with no problem of sensitivity. Also don't have any infections as tested by doctor and one doctor suggested veneer and another suggested metal free crown so what should be best for the strong and permanent solution to my tooth? Plz suggest me

As your age is too young you must go for veneer( composed build up).
It is not better then the crown. But if you directly opt for crown, after ten years your teeth under crown start degenerating because of leakage and other issues. Then you don't have any option except to remove.
Composed build is not two strong but it does not needs to trim your teeth as is done in case of crown.
Because I do this free of cost I can't explain it too much, time wastage. Go first for veneer see if it works it will save your tooth as well as money. If doesn't opt for crown.

Metal free crown would be better.. Strong.. Veneer is very thin and will cover only the labial surface of the tooth.. ( labial means front surface).. Or else if you are ready for maintenance of veneer, then go for it.. The only problem with veneer is that it might fracture when you bite hard in the front teeth..
