Upper body is less than lower body
I have taken medicines for weight gaining about 5/6 years ago then after this my thighs are more healthier than rest of my body.

Your thighs start becoming healthy when you don't do any aerobic exercise . At your age it should be "impact aerobics" , something like Jumping Jack or jogging or playing a good game of Badminton.

There is not need to take medicine for weight gain moreover you needed to do strength training exercise to tone your muscles
