Dear Practo User.
Thanks for sharing—your symptoms suggest a possible hormonal or growth-related condition like a thyroid issue or growth hormone imbalance. These are often treatable with early diagnosis. Please consult for evaluation and tests. Timely care can improve both your health and confidence—don’t delay!

Hi,
Thank you for opening up here — I can imagine how confusing and stressful these changes must feel, especially when they’ve been going on for a few years.
• First, just know you're not alone — many girls go through body changes during teenage years that feel "weird" or unexpected. But if your growth has stopped early, you're losing weight despite trying to gain, and your face or limbs are thinning out, it's definitely worth getting it checked further.
• There could be a few possible reasons — like hormonal imbalances (thyroid, growth hormone), nutritional issues, or even something genetic. The good news is: most of these can be treated or managed well once we find the exact cause.
• I’d really recommend getting a few basic tests like thyroid profile, growth hormone levels, and vitamin levels, and then consulting a doctor with those reports.
• Most importantly, please don’t stress too much — your body is still developing, and with the right help, a lot can improve. You're doing the right thing by asking for help.
• If you feel comfortable, you can consult me privately — I’ll guide you step by step and we’ll figure this out together.
Take care, and you’re stronger than you think
Hey.. I can imagine how hard it must have been for you.
I think at this age there could be multiple reasons behind it.
Do you wanna discuss this over a video call? Thankyou
