Upper back pain
I am having upper back and shoulder back pain from past o week and tried oil, Ointments and took movexx sp and pantosac but the pain still persists. Please help on this whether I should take some other medicine or head to a physiotherapist. Or should I avoid travelling on 2 wheelers?

Posture correction must. Stretching exercises must. Do hot fermentation if it work then on otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for 7 days avoid medicine. Tk only muscle relaxant medicine after food. Avoid toward bending

Hi Avoid travelling first than for medicine visit a orthopaedicen and for exercises and posture correction visit a physiotherapist. Dont tk medicine without doctor consultation. T C

Exercise. Regular low-impact aerobic activities — those that don't strain your back — can increase strength and endurance in your back and allow your muscles to function better...... Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain....
