Upper ARM pain
Having pain since last 3 month in my upper arm only in specific positions of the arm. Normally it doesn't feel any pain but when I move from backward to forward only then it feels pain. Also I couldn't pin point the pain point exactly. From backwards to forwards I couldn't pick a small things , but from front I could pickup heavy items without feeling pain.
I tried pain relief bam , hot water and other things.
Please guide me what could be the possible solution and which doctor I should consult.
