  4. Upper 2nd molar infected. Or implant?

Upper 2nd molar infected.
I had one upper left molar infected and Rct was done on it and a post was placed for strength with no crown placement. This was 5 years ago. The permanent filling came out. I dont have any pain as such. What options do i have? Re-Rct or extraction or implant?
