Up and down of 99C fever

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hello! Since a week there is up and down of low grade fever (99C, 99.1C, 98.8C) with some weakness. But no other symptoms have been observed so far. [History] So, CBC Test is undergone which is normal while ESR is 5mm/hr so can anyone please explain here what does that mean? Do I need to worry about or is it in normal range? Please respond ASAP!!!
