My sister Period is irregular...last lmp 6th January..after that 27th feb she had protected sex after that 10th march withdrawal bleeding occurs for 4 days...she performed beta hcg 2 april which was negative...after withdrawal bleeding is it the right time for test.?

Pregnancy test can be done on day 37 if you have irregular cycles counting from day one of the period irrespective of the date of intercourse
And if after the last intercourse she had her periods and beta HCG is negative she is not pregnant
