I have always had trouble dealing with situations I get frustrated far to easily and get angry to a point where my brain is in overdrive and my emotions take over its really affecting my school. In school if someone’s says the right answer and I didnt get it I am overwhelmingly angry and feel frustratd at myself I feel stupid and I hate the person for being right when I can’t yet I try so hard. The smallest everyday things can change my mood from 0-100 fast. I also get waves of just pure sadness
