hello dear, thanks for sharing your concerns. Any eating in bulk habit is bad for health and your body, and you are having raw rice in bulk. This is very wrong your body as it will effect your digestion system, can cause to form stones in your body, the presence of lectin protein in it can lead to nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and digestive disorders, Bacillus cereus (bacteria) can also cause you the same. You can get rid of it by getting a specialized diet which will help you to change and then ultimately quit it naturally, feel free to consider my help.
