Unstable mind causing regular headache

So what my prblem is I see everything around me dirty..suppose if I use a public transport Nd touch my phone with the hands touched anywhere in public transport I feel like my phone is dirty then everyone I touch my phone I was my hands. i keep on washing it Nd this happen with everything in my house. This is not letting me study and causes headach
